Bonnie Doon - Winter Activities

I thought I would show everyone a few photos of Bonnie Doon so that you will know what I am talking about when I say we're off to good old Bonnie. Below is a photo of the caravan park we stay in, it is right on the waters edge, well not at the moment unfortunately due to the drought!.

Current water status - 15.2% how good is that !!

Where Has All The Water Gone ??

Below - This is a photo of our caravan / shack, Our home away from home. We have had many parties on that deck and heaps of friendly gatherings !!

During Summer months the boat comes out of storage and we usually go wake boarding, water skiing, tubing, and swimming. it is awesome fun. Winter allows us to bring out the trail bikes and 4 wheel drives, once again fun! fun! fun!

Hopefully you will see what I mean when you look at
the following photos.

Our Winter Activities

Below - This is a photo of my husbands car, he is driving it around the Washout also known as the boys playground! Thank goodness, the kids and I decided to get out before he decided to go through it.. I also have a photo of Meows husbands car in virtually the same position -
Men will be Men - actually I think I mean

Boys will Boys!!

Below - Is a photo of Meows husbands car he is a real gun when it comes to 4 x 4 driving, if someone feels like going out 4 x4 driving they always run and ask him to take them, even if they have their own car.

Below - I thought I would put this photo on to give you an idea what the washout is, this is a photo of my son riding his trail bike through it. It is actually a large creek bed that is steep and scary. If you look above my sons head and to the right a little bit you will see the tree stump Meows husband managed to drive up!

Below - This Is a photo of my son riding his trail bike, he uses the creeks as jumps.

Below - My husband thinks he is as young and flexible as his son this is him jumping his bike.

Below - My Daughter loves riding her bike as well, she is not into jumping so much but that is fine with me, means less broken bones.

Below - Here we see Treen trying to help her brother Shark get his bike out of a bog!

Below - Can someone tell him the bike does have two wheels.
